Mehr sehenThe UIC IT connector system is the modern extension of the UIC 558 series and includes 16 signal contacts for controlling system applications as well as an integrated Ethernet interface for dast data transmission. The data transmission is based on the performance-oriented Cat7 standard, which guarantees stable and safe transmission rates of up to 10 Gbit/s. UIC IT thus enables a wide compartements as commodities such as infotainment services as well. As an optional feature, the UIC IT connector system is also available with a magnetic lock. This patented feature was specially developed for this case of application and guarantees an enduringly operative sealing concept up to IP 66, even in the event of improper handling. The lid closes always securely regardless of the opening angle or the actuating force. An UIC IT basic version without signal contacts is also available. Please note that there is no plug compatibility between the basic version without signal contacts and the standard version with signal contacts due to standard specifications.
