Cleans and polishes
DESCRIPTION:
Concentrated acid cleaner specially developed for cleaning and polishing aluminum and stainless steel in the food industry.
Removes rust stains and other dirt, helping and improving weld adhesion on stainless steel.
Fields of application
Recommended for cleaning and polishing aluminum or stainless steel parts and machinery in food companies.
Also valid for cleaning and polishing copper, brass and ferrous metals.
Physicochemical characteristics:
Appearance: Yellow liquid
Density: 1.178 +/- 0.010
pH: 0.5 +/- 0.5
Application mode
REMOVE / PROTECT FOOD DURING APPLICATION.
It is used 10-20% diluted in water, depending on the dirt present.
1st Spray on the area to be cleaned.
2nd Rub and leave for 30 seconds.
3rd Rinse with plenty of water, until the surface is neutralized.
Recommendations:
Acid product.
READ THE SAFETY DATA SHEET BEFORE USING. PERFORM PREVIOUS TEST, TO FIND THE RIGHT DOSE.
Do not use on polished steel finishes (mirror shine) or anodized aluminum.
Do not use on zinc, zinc plated sheet, cadmium and in general with caution on reactive metals.
