The refurbishment service includes following operations:
Pick-up of the brake calipers at customer place
Removing the used components
Cleaning and degreasing
Sanding process to remove the corrosion
Applying a zinc based coating against corrosion
Applying a coating of paint protecting against high temperature and mechanical damage
Mounting new parts specially made for a given type of brake caliper and tram Functional and quality tests controls - depending on the number of calipers entrusted - tests on 2 or 4 brake calipers along with the hydrogeret (if such has been submitted for regeneration. Hydrogeret is available for purchase on a separate offer)
Delivery in a protective package at customer place
