DESCRIPTION:
DEOXIDANT - METAL DEGREASER PROPERTIES:
OXI CLEAN is a product based on inorganic acids, and degreasing products that quickly remove rust and dirt on ferrous metals.
Contains corrosion inhibitors to minimize the effects of acid on treated metal surfaces.
No need to rub.
APPLICATIONS:
It is not recommended to use on tin, chrome, nickel and soft metals in general, as well as on galvanized metals.
It can be used to remove limescale from installations and surfaces.
OXI CLEAN is useful for cleaning and deoxidizing the following metals:
IRON, STEEL, ALUMINUM, COPPER, LEAD, BRASS and BRONZE.

Appearance: Transparent, faint bluish-green.
pH: 0.50 +/- 0.50
Density (kg / lt): 1.300 +/- 0.010
Refractive index (nD): 1.3910 +/- 0.0030
HOW TO USE:
It can be used neat or diluted up to 1/10 in water, as needed.
It can be used both cold and hot up to 60°C.
1º It can be applied by immersion, broaching or spraying on the pieces.
2º Let the product act:
A few minutes for surface corrosion
Several hours if it is deeper
3rd Rinse with water.
If the oxide layer is thick it may be necessary to repeat the operation.
The product activates the chemical reactivity of metal surfaces, so it is advisable to neutralize the remains of the
product by post-rinsing with a sodium bicarbonate solution or alkaline cleaner.
If the pieces are to be painted, do not rinse and paint when the surface is dry.
PRECAUTIONS:
Corrosive.
Causes burns.
Keep out of the reach of children.
In case of contact with the eyes, wash them immediately and abundantly with water and consult a specialist.
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye / face protection.
In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately and show the label if possible.
Do not use on iron or polished steel finishes.
