Our proposal covers the following items
- Cleaning of bogie
- Disassembling and reassembling of bogie for overhaul to subsystems (piping and cabling remain on the frame)
- Paint spot repair
- Replacing primary and secondary springs
-Replacing dampers
- Replacing rubber/metal-parts
- Visually checking axles
- Overhaul of axle boxes and bearings (inspection, re-greasing)
- Replacing swing-arm connection
- Visually checking pipework, hoses and cabling; repair where necessary
- Cleaning and checking earthing device, replacing wear parts
- Overhaul of magnetic track brake
- Overhaul of friction brake
- Motor: exchanging bearings, cleaning and checking of rotor and strator
- Gearbox: checking toothing
- Exchanging wear parts of wheel flange lubrication
Optional:
- Removing of painting (shot blasting) and re-painting the frame
- Magnetic particle testing (check for cracks)
- Exchanging or reprofiling wheel tyres
- Overhaul of bolster
- Overhaul of anti-roll bar
- Replacing centre pin cover sleeve
