StationOne (hereinafter referred to as “StationOne”) is a company under the laws of France, with a capital of 20 000 euros, having its registered office at 69/73 boulevard Victor Hugo, bâtiment B1, 93400 Saint-Ouen, FRANCE, registered under the number 752 364 885 RCS Bobigny.
By accessing to StationOne Platform, the Internet user (hereinafter the « User ») agrees the terms defined herein.
The director of publication is chairman Didier Bohin.
The Platform web hosting service provider is Amazon Web Services® EMEA SARL (“AWS”), a company under the laws of Luxembourg, with a share capital of 25000,00€ registered with the Trade and Commerce Register of Nanterre under No. 831 001 334, having its registered office at 5 rue Plaetis, Luxembourg L-2338, LUXEMBOURG.
Terms of use
This Platform is StationOne’s exclusive property. The Platform, including without limitation the software, code, contents, texts, graphics, videos, live images and fixed images, sounds, icons, processes, technologies, downloadable content and the know-how as well as all other elements composing the Platform, is the exclusive property of StationOne or its licensors, as the case may be, for their respective rights.
Any total or partial use, copy, representation or reproduction, publication, download, display, transmission or distribution of this Platform by any mean or technique whatsoever, without StationOne’s prior express authorization is forbidden and will be considered as an infringement of StationOne or its right holder’s Intellectual Property Rights, subject to applicable law.
The StationOne marks and logos are copyrighted and registered by Intellectual property offices. It is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce the StationOne marks, name, logo, and/or any brand feature, as well as any derived version. Any total or partial reproduction of such trademarks, logos, and/or any other brand feature, is subject to StationOne’s prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use will amount to an infringement of StationOne’s Intellectual Property Rights under to applicable law and result in judicial proceedings.
This limitation applies in the same way to any mark, logo and/or brand features of the Customers registered on the Platform of StationOne.

In addition thereto, any data and databases displayed on the Platform, of any nature or format whatsoever, shall be considered the exclusive ownership of StationOne or its licensors, as the case may be, for their respective rights. Any use or exploitation of the foresaid data and/or databases without StationOne’s prior written authorization would Any unauthorized use will amount to an infringement of StationOne’s Intellectual Property Rights under to applicable law and result in judicial proceedings.
The failure to comply with the aforementioned prohibitions amounts to an infringement of Intellectual Property Rights and other rights likely to expose the civil and/or criminal liability of the author. StationOne retains the right to claim or enter any judicial proceeding against any User which would fail to comply with this Legal Notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The information and any content provided to the User on this Platform is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation, implicit warranties of commercial nature, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No guarantee is given by StationOne that:
- the access to the Platform will be uninterrupted,
- the Platform will be secure and free of viruses or any other harmful components,
- the information and any content on the Platform is complete, accurate, or up-to-date.
StationOne has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided on this Platform was accurate at the time of it has been uploaded, but declines all responsibility with regard to any duty to update this information, or for any emissions, inaccuracies or typographical errors. Any use of this information by the User is deemed to be under its control and responsibility.
The information contained in this Platform may be modified, corrected and/or completed at any moment without warning or notification of any kind.
No hyperlinks to the Platform shall be made by any third party without StationOne’s prior written authorization. Any hyperlinks from third parties’ websites pointing to the Platform, and these websites, are not under StationOne’s control. Any hyperlink to an external website accessible from or provided on the Platform may not be deemed as a validation of this external website and any of its content by StationOne. StationOne does not verify or validate any external website and content therefrom that would be accessible using hyperlinks on the Platform and may not be liable for any infringement arising out of or in connection with such external website and content therefrom. User is solely responsible for its use and its understanding of this information/
StationOne may not be liable for User’s access, to any other third party external website or content thereon. Furthermore, StationOne shall not be held liable for any breach of Personal Data privacy arising out of or in connection with the use of these external websites or content thereon. User shall control the data privacy charter and confidentiality policies of these external websites.
The Platform is accessible 24h/24, 7 days a week. Notwithstanding the foregoing, StationOne does not warrant a continuous availability of the Platform or that the Platform will operate free of bugs or errors or slow-downs.
StationOne retains the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, interrupt or cancel access to all or part of the Platform in the following cases, without limitation: force majeure or technical difficulties, including external or internal communications network or servers malfunction, related to the telecommunication network structure or technical difficulties.
StationOne reserves the right to suspend or alter the access to the Platform, partially or wholly, without prior notification, to maintain, control or test the Platform. This suspension shall not be deemed to grant any right nor indemnification.
StationOne may not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage or loss, irrespective of their cause, nature or consequences, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of programs or any other data on the User’s data handling system or any other system.
StationOne assumes no liability for such direct, indirect, consequential or special damages which may arise from the inability to use the Platform, or access to it or to any linked website, whatever the nature of the information contained in this Platform or linked website, and whether or not StationOne is aware of the possibility of such damage.
User acknowledges that any technical mean used to access the Internet and the Platform is under its sole responsibility. User represents and warrants that he/she has the skills and the means required to use the Platform, has checked that the computer equipment used is free of viruses and is in perfect working order, and finally, that he/she has read the legal notice and agrees to comply with it.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
The Platform and the Terms are governed by, construed and applied in accordance with French law, excluding its rules pertaining to conflicts of laws.
Any dispute or litigation that could not be resolved amicably between the parties will exclusively be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
