EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE - Accumulated knowledge by Microtech has created a vast library of industrial cartridge filters for specific requirements, together with our material source capability, in house manufacturing enable us to produce small to high batch quantities meeting customers own specifications using the latest available methods of production. THE PRODUCT RANGE - Using a wide variety of filter media sourced globally including cellulose blended paper, micro glass fibre, spun bonded polyester, and woven wire meshes with particle retentions ranging from 0.5 to 1000 microns. These are then brought together and assembled in our manufacturing facility with the use of epoxy resins, plastisols, and polyurethane systems. DESIGNED SOLUTIONS - We manufacture a wide range of industrial filter products including air filters, fuel filters, vacuum filters, and water filters. The range includes industrial and HEPA air filters and uses the latest high efficiency, low energy media’s in cellulose paper or synthetic fibres. The pleated media is encapsulated by metal or moulded polyurethane end caps and further stabilised by inner and outer expanded or perforated reinforced screens.
