PROPERTIES:
The product is based on the combination of a high purity mineral oil and a calcium soap with antioxidant and anticorrosive additives that provide excellent protection of the metallic parts in contact.
High resistance to water and water vapor.
Great adherence on the applied surface.
Excellent antiwear properties and stability to mechanical work.
High oxidation stability.
APPLICATIONS:
Bearings and bearings at slow and fast speeds.
Chains, guides, open gears, etc.
Machinery for ovens and dryers, extractor fans, etc.
Multiple applications in the steel industry, cement, public works machinery, and in general for all types of mechanisms subjected to difficult conditions of humidity, temperature or pressure. CHEMIGRAS CA is formulated to meet the lubrication work requirements of all types of mechanisms working at high speeds and with high loads and pressures in humid environments. HOW TO USE:
Apply CHEMIGRAS CA on the area or point that you want to keep lubricated by manual application with a spatula, spray application or greasers.
PRECAUTIONS:
Store under cover. Keep the containers properly covered to avoid possible contamination from water, dust, dirt, etc.
