At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to :
Understand the special torque tightening process recommended by the rolling stock manufacturer
To carry out the operations of stripping, crimping and reworking of armour
Make a harness and integrate it on a module and make the network connections
Pedagogical content:
Study of documents
Creation of connectors and bundles
Connection of shielded braids
Adjustment of tools
Theoretical and practical evaluation
Follow-up and evaluations:
The trainees are evaluated by the trainer throughout the course using various teaching methods
At the end of the training, trainees will be given a certificate of achievement.
Trainees will be asked to complete a first level assessment (Kirkpatrick)
Audience:
Any person in charge of maintenance who has to perform crimping and wiring
8 trainees per session
