CIRCUITSELL: LEAK SEALER FOR HEATING CIRCUITS
Description:
CircuitSell is a one-component aqueous product formulated based on inorganic oligomers and crosslinkable particles specifically designed for sealing leaks in heating circuits.
Thanks to its high concentration, CircuitSell can permanently seal leaks up to 1 mm in diameter in heating installations with a flow loss of up to 500 liters / day, from the inside.
Easy to use, CircuitSell seals leaks during system operation, avoiding unnecessary shutdowns and no need to locate the leak. To do this, simply fill the system with 1 liter of CircuitSell for every 100 liters of water through the fill valve or a radiator.
CircuitSell is respectful of the materials used in heating installations, therefore, it does not attack metals or synthetic compounds in the circuit. However, it is not recommended for use in systems with aluminum-silicon heat exchangers.
High resistance CircuitSell repaired leaks withstand pressures up to 10 bars and temperatures up to 500°C.
Product not suitable for use in systems containing gas wall boilers, drinking water or waste water pipes. If the system contains antifreeze, it must be removed prior to the application of CircuitSell.
How to use:
Before adding CircuitSell, you must check the volume of water contained in the installation.
If you are introducing CircuitSell through the fill valve:
1. Remove the filters from the circuit (if any), set the boiler thermostat to 60DEGRESC and check that the water circulation pump is in motion.
2. Shake CircuitSell and pour undiluted into the system, then purging all air.
3. After 24 hours1 the leaks will have been sealed and the filters (if any) can be reinstalled.
4. Finally, although the product can remain in the system, it is recommended to remove the water from the circuit after a maximum of 6 weeks and recharge it with clean water + Protec Aquo.
If you are introducing CircuitSell through a radiator:
1. Switch off the heating system and let it cool down
